I presented "Suspended Sentence" at Parco della Nave, Cicogna, Italy. It was on the 15th of June 2019. Parco della Nave is a historical botanical garden. The garden contains several plants and a big sequoia tree. I choose the area around the sequoia tree, in front of a lake. The action happened during the night. I used the lights to modify the aspect of the tree, projecting colours on its bark. The lights changed colour according to the sound. I did not want to modify the visual environment because I wanted to preserve a contrast between the sound and the garden. Anyway, modifying the tree's bark colour was a subtle modification. It was a sort of bridge between these two different experiences. First, the visual experience that comes from the garden. Then the sound experience that comes from the audio recording that I took in Bangladesh. After the action, I slept during the night with my tent close to the sequoia tree, recording some night sounds. The aim was to add this new sounds to other works, as Bangladesh's sounds come from previous artistic experiences.
